COMPANY POLICIES THAT YOU, THE RENTER, SHOULD BE AWARE OF: 

1. ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF I.D. - Driver's license or state issued ID only. You must provide a valid ID from the state the equipment is being rented in. Out of state licenses may be accepted at the discretion of our staff.   

2.   PAYMENT - You may pay for a rental with any major credit card or bank debit card. Cash deposits are accepted on a limited basis and must be approved by management. A cash deposit is four times the amount of the daily rate for the item you wish to rent. Social Security number must be provided for cash deposits. Personal checks NOT accepted. 

3. NO REFUNDS - When the rental period is set at the time of the rental, it is agreed that the renter will pay the full amount for the specified period. No exceptions. 

4.   CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION - You may cancel any reservation without consequence up to 24 hrs prior to the start time of that reservation. If you fail to give 24 hrs notice you will be charged $25 for a late cancellation.

5.   FAILURE TO PICK UP A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT - Our reservations are for specified time periods set to begin promptly at 7 AM. You may pick up your equipment at or after 7 AM, however, it is still to be returned at the agreed upon time regardless of actual time of pick up. If you fail to pick up your equipment entirely, without calling to cancel, you will be charged the full amount of the rental. This is a strict policy. Clients who do not pick up their equipment or call to cancel are shown no leniency.
